It’s not about being immune to challenges, but about being able to overcome them.
Life is full of surprises. We can make plans, but we also need to be prepared because not everything is within our control. When things don’t go our way, it’s easy to get frustrated and stressed. But if we want less stress and more success, we need to learn how to be resilient.
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks. It’s not about being immune to challenges, but about being able to overcome them. When we’re resilient, we don’t get stuck in the past or dwell on our mistakes. We focus on the present and move forward.
One way to build resilience is through meditation. By meditating regularly especially every morning, we calm our minds and focus on the present moment. Meditation also teaches us to accept things as they are, without judgment. When we meditate, we’re training our minds to be more resilient. We let go of negative thoughts, and find the motivation to move forward and avoid stress.
