Welcome to My FREE Guided Meditation
Listening to a guided meditation is one of the best and easiest ways to quickly bring relief when you are stressed. I’d like to describe it so you know what to expect— the guided meditation is approximately 8 minutes long, and contains 4 parts.
I begin with a greeting and lead you in taking 3 slow, deep breaths, in and out.
Next, there is a brief discussion of the topic.
Then, you will have a period of silence to consider the topic and listen for your own personal guidance, or simply relax and experience some relief from your busy day.
Lastly, you will hear a chime to bring you back. I will close with a brief remark.
